Report cards will be mailed home at the ten week marking periods. In order to access your child’s five week (interim) reports, you will need to have a parent/guardian portal account in the district’s school management system, Schooltool We will not be mailing hard copy report cards home at the five week marking periods. Once you have a parent/guardian portal account, you will have access to not only your child’s grades, but also to his/her attendance, daily schedule, behavioral reports, and state assessment scores.
Transitioning to digital communication is a practice that the district is committed to. Throughout this transition, we encourage you to give us feedback. If you encounter any difficulties acquiring or accessing your parent/guardian portal account in SchoolTool, please feel free to contact the Technology Department at ACStechhelp@avoncsd.org.
