Your Avon River Hawks got the Homecoming win over Attica last Friday night on the turf. 

Senior Evan B. had another fantastic game at quarterback, going 12-for-18 for 265 yards and 4 touchdowns - 2 to senior Kalman D. and 1 apiece to senior Blayden B. and junior Elijah R. 

On the ground, sophomore James C. led all Avon running backs with 134 yards and a score on just 8 carries. Also scoring rushing TDs were seniors Bobby B. and Kalman D. 

On defense, senior Brady E. led the way with 11 total tackles while Bobby B. and James C. had 9 each. 

Junior Gabe M. was perfect on extra point attempts, going 7-for-7 over the course of the game. 

With their 49-21 win over the Blue Devils, the Hawks moved to 3-1 on the season and are next in action Friday, Oct. 3 at Canisteo-Greenwood.
