Give it up for Avon’s own Connor D. and James C., both of whom captured individual sectional titles Saturday in the Section V Class B1 Championships at Wayland-Cohocton!

Connor D. captured the 103-lb title while James C. was the winner at 144 lbs. 

Other top finishers for Avon/Geneseo were John H., who took 5th at 155 lbs and Patrick H., who took 5th at 215 lbs. 

With their top 6 finishes, all four grapplers booked their tickets to State Qualifiers this Friday and Saturday at Haverling High School.
