4th graders' stop-motion projects taking shape
We stopped by Ms. Emma Kostraba’s art classroom down at Avon Elementary yesterday afternoon and just happened to bump into Mrs. Renee Kashorek’s fourth students hard at work on their stop-motion projects!
While we were there, students continued working on their sets using construction paper, glue and markers.
Then, about halfway through class, Ms. Kostraba broke out the clay and students got started on the characters around which their stop motion animations will ultimately revolve!
We a saw a few football players, a bird wearing a striped referee uniform, a buffalo,
some kind bi-pedaled monster that seems to have been inspired by the “Five Nights at Freddy’s” film and video game franchise, plus a whole lot of other stuff that we’re not really sure how to describe!
Thanks to Ms. Kostraba for letting us stop by - we can’t wait to see our students’ final stop-motion projects!
