Give it up for our student musicians who repped Avon this past weekend at the Genesee Valley School Music Association’s All-County 3 Music Festival at York!

We had four students selected for the senior band ensemble:

• Gerard K. (junior, clarinet) 

• Alana S. (sophomore, tuba) 

• Megan K. (sophomore, bass clarinet)

• Julia S. (sophomore, tuba) 

A special shout out has to go to Gerard, who was named first chair of the clarinet section - impressive! 

For the elementary chorus ensemble, we had 8 students selected to participate: 

• 5th Grade: Cora J., Phoebe L., Oliver C. and Olivia J.

• 6th Grade: Harrison S., Maddie H., Aubrie J. and Kennedy B.
