Work on the capital improvement project district residents approved back in December 2022 continues to move forward, with the substantial completion of Phase 2 project elements expected by June 2026.

In Avon Middle School, work on our new locker rooms is nearly complete as crews recently finished installing new, textured flooring. Work in our athletic team rooms off the locker rooms, which will house home and visiting teams during sports contests, is also largely complete.

The overhaul of our auditorium lobby and flexible instructional space is nearly done. Students have begun using the space with only minor lighting and tiling installation work left to complete.

Crews recently finished the installation of flooring in our new high school technology room - formerly the art room - with minor work left to complete in this space.
