Your Avon River Hawks, the Section V Class B2 champions, take on B1 champs Waterloo tonight - Monday, June 1 - in the ‘B’ crossover game for a spot in the New York State Softball Tournament.

The Hawks, the #5 seed in the B2 tournament, vanquished rival Wellsville, 2-1, Friday in the B2 final while the Tigers, the #2 seed, scored the 10-7 upset over #1 seed Wayland-Cohocton in its B1 final. 

Tonight’s ‘B’ crossover starts at 5 p.m. at Honeoye Falls-Lima Middle School, 619 Quaker Meeting House Rd., Honeoye Falls.
